Return Policy

Returns ONLY accepted for reasonable, uncontrollable circumstances such as product arriving damaged or product malfunction of products operations. The buyer must immediately notify the seller of damaged/malfunctioning product within 24hrs giving detailed description of damage/malfunction. (Malfunction meaning only the product does not open, close, or other mechanical issues of the sort). Buyer must then ship damaged product back, at their cost, within 48 hrs of reporting damaged product. Returns/exchanges will be issued once seller receives damaged product back and examines product damage. Returns are not accepted for reasons such as wrong hook closure, or anything misunderstood by buyer in description of product.
